1971 PLYMOUTH GTX 440 6 BARRELS

1971 Plymouth GTX 440+6. Black with original black interior. Matching numbers 440 engine, non-matching numbers A-833 4 speed transmission, Dana 60 rear end with 4.10 gears. 15 x 7 and 15 x 8 steel wheels with BF Goodrich T/A tires. Real V-Code.

This car is a rare one; of 135 1971 GTX six barrels produced, only 62 had the four-speed transmission.

Fender tag has the special handling car designation and we understand this GTX was used by Chrysler to show the new 1971 fuselage body of the GTX.

A former owner converted the car to automatic transmission.

A new 4 speed set-up sourced from Brewers was properly installed.

Options include A34 super track-pak (Dana 60 with 4:10 gears) – F81 Deck lid release knob- G15 tinted windshield- J45 Hood pins – J52 inside hood release-N42 shot gun exhaust tips- N96 grabber hood – R35 am/fm multiplex radio and Y28 public relations.
